Water & Sewer
South Bloomfield's water system and tower are located on Northup Avenue by the Scioto Estates Mobile Home Park.
The Village requires a deposit of $150 for water, sewer, & trash services. This deposit is required for all residents with water accounts. This deposit will be applied toward the final bill upon moving out and any remaining funds will be refunded to you in the form of a check mailed to your new address.
The utility bills include the water, sewer & trash and are sent out prior to the 26th of the month and are due the 15th of the following month.
Late notice day is the 16th or closet business day where a 5% penalty will apply if bill is not paid in full.
Shut off day is roughly 2 weeks from late notice day varying closest business day to that date.
