Trash & Recycling
Trash pickup is Wednesday mornings. We suggest placing your trash at curbside on Tuesday evenings because Rumpke can sometimes come very early in the morning.
Bulk items (washers, furniture, etc.) must be scheduled for pickup by calling Rumpke at 1-800-828-8171.
As well as trash pickup every Wednesday, Rumpke also provides recycling service, picking up on an every-other-week basis.
Rumpke observes six holidays a year (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's). If the actual date of the holiday falls on a weekday before your normal day of collection, Rumpke service will be delayed one day during that week. If the actual holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, Rumpke service will NOT be impacted and service will occur as scheduled.
