Education



South Bloomfield, Ohio is located between Columbus and Circleville. Residents' children have the opportunity to attend the Teays Valley Local School District, which has the highest rating "Excellent with Distinction" by the Ohio Department of Education.  South Bloomfield is the home to one of the Teays Valley School District's school buildings.  South Bloomfield Elementary School hosts grades K - 5 as well as Preschool.  The Village is also located two miles from the Floyd E. Younkin Branch of the Pickaway County Library.
